on the mountain: Obersteiner Holm After bad weather was vorrausgesagt for today, we agreed on a small intimate tour, with refreshments. Andi had a good tip for us. So we started the morning at Sandbichlerhof in St. Johann. Our goal:

When Niederhofer hut and Gruberalm over, then finally in a wintry landscape, following the signs through a beautiful larch wood. A very entertaining tour, not very challenging but the scenery strikingly beautiful. The Colonel Holm (2394m) offers a panoramic view of the whole Tures valley to Bruneck.
