A final relaxing day at the beach, with snorkeling, swimming, walking, eating. :-)

Our return flight was in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the room was still for the whole Night booked, so we could do after dinner just freshen up before we left the hotel.

Egyptian cooking class

The hotel once a week at a cooking class. Clear that me was interested and I wanted to be there.

The cooking class was really fun and interesting. do the Sous Chef is here and has practiced mostly tourists who are watching more and can cook - I admit, more form than Kofta and croissants tear into bowls we have not nearly done. We have great understanding with the two cooks and also learned a lot about this country and its people and their view of things.

Resort impressions

The Radisson SAS Resort El Quseir is probably about 5 years old and looks really really good. It seems somehow already relaxing, just watching. ;-)

It was built in Nubian style . Even after days, you always discover new details: different patterns in the wood patio, lights, various vaults, colors, matching trash can, etc.

was crucial to us that the plant is not too large, was clean and quiet. Almost half of the room was occupied, the guests were probably mainly from Germany, Russia, Italy and France.

There was fortunately little entertainment, other than a singing duo in the evening and once a week just belly dancing or watching movies on corals. The room was great, tasteful, high quality - perfect. The Internet was mostly, there was not really fast. The employees were gone by the bank friendly, courteous, helpful.

The beach is elongated, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, sometimes sandy, sometimes rocky coral.

To swim the sea from the beach are only suitable: We snorkeled above all and most would have liked a few more inches of water between the stomach and coral reef. What you see then, but really cool: A nice reef, colorful corals, many organisms, of the most colorful fish in sea urchins, moray eels, snails, sea cucumbers, etc.
